I see that other core remove or stay away from the ace build as i saw that mangos removed ace a few days ago and also saw alot of nice scripts in mangos that can be implemented in oregon

Also wanted to ask when will we support vertical mmap :x its so annoying to see npc's mobs floating e.e

I don't see anything wrong with ACE. It is in active development and is good. Scripts are not using ACE directly so I see no reason to link scripts with it.

Vertical mmap? MMaps are working. If an npc is floating it's because of faulty spline movement not because of mmaps.
